    particularly for the hand/wrist? :(

    been 2 two specialist and they cant figure out whats wrong with me :(

    had elbow problems due to tennis and these guys were very good IMO. I'm sure they can help even if it's not sports related - a lot of the people in there definitely didn't look like people who exercised a whole lot.

    Look up Dr. Korsh Jafarnia...bad ass.

    He graduated at the top of his class in medical school...did stints of residency and fellowship at Baylor and Harvard. He knows his ****.

    no idea..i dont life weights...and i dont play bball anymore

    it kinda came out of nowhere tbh.... its both wrist but mainly my right one (right handed) and the pain is all on the ulnar side
