It's real quiet in the rumor's mill lately. Has anyone got any trade rumor to share? Just curious. I know DM is cooking up something right now. He's just way too quiet.
It's been predicted that this will be the most active trading year that we've seen in years. I think trades will start as soon as the Heat or the Raptors do something. We should start seeing things happen within the end of the month. Teams are trying to make sure they are under the cap because of the economy. Not to mention 2010 but mainly because of the economy. The salary cap is expected to shrink. With all that said, I don't see the Rockets being very active before the trade deadline. I think they rather take the gamble and see what happens with T-Mac and Artest come back. Not only that, teams aren't going to try and help the Rockets to get better right now. Too many teams in the playoff races right now. Trading Head is probably the best thing they could do without breaking up their core.
