I've only heard this song a few times... and I gotta say, I like it.

This song sucks. That's true of all Soulja Boy songs though, so no surprise. Actually, secret admission.....I thought the hook to Kiss Me Through the Phone was pretty catchy...

 

There are no lyrics at all to this song.

 

It's like all chorus. It's repetitive and insipid. But I gotta admit it's catchy as hell. First time I heard it I was like "what the hell is this crap". By the end of the day it was on my Ipod.

 

I like it cause it's stupid fun!

 

What's funny about this is I had just watched the following blind kid attempt "music" at the age of 21 (?) ... I'm sure in another 3 years 18 year old Souljaskills will be just as great, so y'all lay off :

I listened to it and it sounded more like an elephant with an ass leak. This is one of the few "artists" out there I'll say just flat out sucks. I mean seriously, I have to take a Tylenol before listening to him, and it's not because of the usual hater complaints of "his rap has no meaning" or "rap is cRAP!", it's just flat out because he .... sucks.

 

You want to know why annoying people who put out a crap product make it big in this country? Because this country has a large population of annoying people who like crap products.

It's pretty sad.

I was thinking the same thing. I've never heard it myself. Can it really be that hard to avoid?

 

It's not that hard to avoid...because I haven't even been trying!

 

I'm in the same boat. Thought Kiss Me through the phone was decently catchy, and stupid funny-probably his best work which is not saying much.

I HATE THIS SONG. OMG thank you eveluvsrox, I cannot stand it. It's beyond stupid and I also hate it because I hate how the word swagger/swag has become the most overused word of the past year and a half and is on it's way to being another "bling-bling". Aaaaarghh!

I REALLY, REALLY like the story behind Soulja Boy. If you don't know it, look for it. It's really inspiring to muscians like myself.

however. I hate Souljaboys music.

 

Is the story that he's an idiot who made a terrible song and morons thought it was good to dance to?
