I'm trying to decide whether to buy tickets. I have a few friends who are Rockets fans, and a few more who would be down to go to this game just because they enjoy these kinds of things and/or like sports, but I've learned that my unhealthy passion for the Rockets and for sports makes these games so much more fun when I'm around other people who are just as passionate as myself. So I'm willing to spurn my friends in favor of meeting some strangers if I can do that.

So that leads me to the question my my title. I got an email a couple days ago about Rockets "Insiders" getting access to a pre-sale of tickets for games 3 and 4 in Houston. Is anyone else able to buy these tickets? Is there a way we can get a bunch of us together in one section?

My presale started today at 10 am. Tickets were too expensive though. $89 per ticket not including fees to sit behind the Red Rowdies, over $100 to sit in the lower endzone, $80 for upper bowl sidelines, etc.

Yeah, I'm looking at the upperdeck sidelines. Section 409, for example, would be $65 + $6 convenience fee each. It's pricey for sure...

Yeah, I checked and no way. Unless we play OKC there's no way I make money on those tickets

I bought tickets yesterday. They sent me an email because I bought half season tickets this year. They really weren't that expensive. I paid $60 and sitting in the lower bowl so thats not that bad I guess. The top I thick the cheapest ones were $40 and $60 for the top middle.

Season Ticket Holders got access to the tickets before insiders/public and they got a bit of a discount. If you check now, the tickets you bought would be more expensive.

Any idea how much more. I bought some tickets during the season ticket holder presale. I got a pair of tickets for both home games section 101 row 13 seats 11 and 12 for 70 a piece. I thought that wasn't bad at all for the area and it being playoffs.

This is the same section, but 4 rows down.

This is 114 (directly across from 101), row 19. These are 6 rows behind yours, but they're $37 more per ticket.

Season ticket holders got a great deal.
