I need some serious help from you guys, lately, I'm having all kind of problems with this company after they brought out SBC. So, I order a new modem from them, and within one year, it failed, so I called them to replace it, they did and told me to send it back using their provided free UPS pre-paid shipping lable, so after I got the new modem and couple days later, I sent them out, and that's it, right? 4 fuvking months later, they charged me 130 bucks for the equipment saying that they didn't received the old modem that I sent out, and they won't do anything about it, they're expecting me to find the tracking information after 4 fuvking months with their own pre-paid shipping lable. What the hell am I suppose to do? They're giving me all kind of ****load problems lately, not one month that I don't have to call and complaint about my phone bill. Fortunately, I found the old packing slip and it has a copy of the return prepaid shipping label with the tracking numbers on it, and I tried to pull the record out, but it's giving me a error. What am I suppose to do?
Sorry to hear that ATT BLows I really Miss the old SBC I have contemplated crawling back to Time Warner because ATT Customer Service is so horrible Rocket River . . and you are right . .they screw up the bill at least every other month I think on purpose.
