    Just putting out an open invitation that wants to play some pickup games before the season opener. We are going to play at a pretty nice court that moe/finalsbound/kam and I went to last Saturday by mig/moes' place.

    the place is off of Chimney Rock and Gulfton.

    If you are coming from 59 Southbound, exit Chimney Rock, take a left at the stop light, go down, pass the Gulfton stop light, you will see a HUGE park to your right, their will be a parking lot to turn right in, go straight to the end, then take a left, you'll see a covered court ahead, we'll be there around 1pm-4pm. Some of us from the Clutchfans group will be there, and The_Yoyo will be in from out of town.

    What day exactly, Saturday? And what time?? I think I could make it.

    Do you still not jump when you shoot? I hated those shots when we played cus you'd be walking it up then suddenly it's off in the air.

    Dave, can you just give the address/time so everyone just shows up if they can? I might be able to. I know ya'll don't want me there, but I can show up for just a bit after 12:30 p.m. :eek:

    Is it BAYLAND Park across from the Kroger? I played Soccer there a few times.

    :confused: I don't remember not jumping last time we played. I used to not jump, but that was a while back..before I could make back-to-back threes. ;)

    its actually behind that park. Its not part of the park but its like right behind it, its hard to describe it, the directions I gave is the best description I can give about that place.

    I would love to play ball. I have a full day saturday: test, wedding, rockets. i'll be lucky to make it to the rockets game on time,

    by the way i'll be with in dave2000s section so dont laugh if i show up with a suit, which i will wear to the wedding. in an effort to show up on time i will head straight to TC. More than likely i will be wearing slacks and a dress shirt. not exactly what i had in mind :mad: , but at least ill be there :D

    is that what it is? i believe so, its RIGHT BEHIND it. moe/fb/kam and I were making fun of them when they had services outside and they were playing kickball.

    Hehe..I am not sure though
    Behind the park there is that juvenile facility on one side..its pretty big but I thought it had fences and on the other side there was a foster home ... a one story brick building if I remember correctly and that also had a basketball court.

    the area is kind of small, you really can't run full court... we might have to go 3 on 3 halfcourt and take turns.
