It basically was a spiff on the economy saying the fact that people being in debt and are afraid to spend which causes the econimic downfall. Basically the solution to fixing the economy is to just simply for someone to sacrifice and pay off everyones debts. It was pretty funny they also spiff off of Kile being the one to sacrificed himself buy using a platilumn card.
