I was having some of those issues but they seemed to get better as I went along.

However, I've been using the latest Safari a lot more. Seems a lot more stable and compatible than it was previously. Have no problems.

If you want to use Firefox on the Mac, I would probably check out Camino.

Yes. I have the same problem.
Using Mac OS 10.4.11 and latest version of Firefox.
The only way that I fix it as of of now is by Force Quitting firefox, restarting it and restoring the session...

Ditto! I was about to post this but figured I was the only one having this issue. It's really pissing me off.

Interesting. Do you guys have the latest version? I don't know if that helps. I'm also running Firefox on a Mac. My only problem is w/ Youtube videos and Myspace music players. They aren't visible until I scroll down and the video/player borders the top edge of the window. Otherwise I can't see them at all.

i don't have the latest versions of either operating system or browser.......and firefox is far more stable for me than safari.....i prefer safari's interface more though so i use it more often...

incidentally, anyone have trouble with the sleep mode? recently whenever i try to use it, the computer just goes dead and has to be powered off and on again in order to get it to work....

these macs are like maserati's......a dream to use but you really need one to use and alternately one to leave with the mechanic...

I'm using Firefox right now! Yaaay!
I've actually been having Safari problems on the Mac server I use. But that's a different story...

I didn't know people ever experienced problems on their Macs. ;)
