If you did, what do you think of the new mixes of the songs from Pop and Zooropa? I'm a bit disappointed with the B-Sides. Most of it is just club/dance remixes of their songs. I prefer the version of Electrical Storm on the 2nd disc though, it sounds way better than the one from the video.
I want to buy this, but it is going to be awhile because there are other U2 albums out there that I want to get first such as "The Joshua Tree", "October", and "Achtung Baby". However, I do think that this compilation is a great place to start for people who are not as familiar with U2's 1990's stuff like their 1980's stuff. I for some reason fit into that category. But alas, I will probably eventually get all of their albums like I have done with other artists like The Cure, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Smiths, Radiohead, etc.
yeah i got it nice best of mix i don't like the the b-sides much either but then when and checked some of the singles i had and they did put out alot of remixes... still no satellites of love grrrr the dvd is short but quite good though
I had never heard the song Lady With The Spinning Head, I just found out it was on the Single for One. Does anybody else think that the some of the guitar parts sound similar to The Fly? I swear, it's like Edge just played the same solo, or they just inserted the guitar track in there. Either way, it's a damn good song and I wish I had heard it before. You should get it Manny, I bought mine at best buy, it's 2 CD's and a DVD for the price of a regular CD. Not a bad deal, but I think it's only for this week. Take advantage my man.
I got it today; I enjoy it, although I agree the B-sides aren't that great. I bought it for $16--damn good deal for two CD's and a DVD
