I know its early, but I'm trying to setup a NYE party for about 30-40 friends on NYE. I was wondering if you guys knew of any places that could be rented out that is relatively cheap, or at least not as much as it would cost for a wedding. I've never thrown one of these things before but I'm tired of crap clubs on NYE that charge insane covers. I'd rather throw one myself. Thanks.
