    any scoop on who will start?

    padgett? spoon? vin?
    spoon should have "spoonman" by soundgarden played when he checks in,thatd be cool

    Spoon will start, Padgett will back him up at the 4 and play some minutes at the 3, Vin might see minimal minutes if needed due to foul trouble, etc.

    I love the commercial where Padgett says "two beers!" He will always be Scott "Two Beers" Padgett to me.

    I'll stick to my guess that JVG will start Padgett with Spoon coming off the bench.

    Not surprising that Spoon would start. JVG is REAL big on keeping his rotation as shown when Sura went down. He went with Strickland so to keep Barry coming off the bench to fill that role.

    Spoon should be fine. He rebounds well, can hit the midrange pretty well (though not as good as Howard in that respect), and he has shown he can be a decent one-on-one defender at times this season. I still remember him guarding Garnett earlier this season with decent success.

    This makes the most sense. JVG is a rotation player. Heck, he started Rod Strickland to keep Barry coming off the bench. Chemistry is very important to him. I thought he was nuts with going with Strickland (and I think the results for that little experiment bear out), but I understand the Spoon starting nod.

    Let 1/2 of the WBPS along with Spoon man the PF spot we'll be fine till Howard is back.

    and if Baker can contribute anything it is just pure gravy afterwards
