Can't help you. I'm in Venice with the same problem. The sports bars here don't give a **** about the NBA. I'm going to have to find a way to download the torrents without first seeing the outcome of the games. Rockets2K, you're my only hope!
you figure theyd play nba playoff games, nope, havent found a bar yet!!!! I figured saturday night 11:30, somewhere, nope they laughed at me haha and on eurosports website, you select nba and it just refreshed the home page
In europe it is very difficult to watch basketbal games, Some country's show 2 games a week, and the entire finals. But those games are mostly on paid tv. so you have to order it appart from the cable you have.(like the channel Canal+). Finding a sports bar where they show nba is very difficult because of the time difference. Mostly it is about 3 AM in europe when the rockets play. so you will not find a bar where they show the games. What i mostly do when i cannot see the games, is that i go to the chat of this site. It is not like actually watching the game, but it is an good substitute. Have fun in Europe
jbond, did you try o'che's yet? the time difference may be the problem as arno said but this place is worth a try.
When I was in Europe you pretty much had to rely on NASN to get coverage. http://www.nasn.com/ I don't know what your likelihood is in finding a place carrying it outside the UK is but it is worth a shot.
huh havent tried oches yet, looks as much potential as any of these places, and yeah the 3:30 in the morning sucks, but this 11:30 games the ones that are at 4:30 figures to be reasonable, I will spend 60 krowns on a beer just to watch rockets basketball, heck if I had child, I would sacrifice it.
In Singapore I would check out US sports at the American Club there so you might want to see if you can find one in Prague. Otherwise you could check the US Embassy and see if they're rebroadcasting games there or could tell you where you could see them.
Try Coolstreaming. I watch a lot of soccer on the Chinese TV over the internet and I heard they were showing NBA games now as well.

i'm trying to download coolstream, but it is taking ages, is that normal, i have a very fast internet connection. Does anybody know another site where i can watch the game life? or listen to it?
coolstream bases on bt technology, so you have to wait several mins, most time speed goes stable after 5-10 mins.
