I was looking to start a small scale private ambulance business, my main concern is getting customers, I know that most private ambulances will only be used for non emergency purposes, but how would I find clients to serve? and would emt-bs be good enough for a non emergency ambulance? for those that have any info or sites with resources I'd greatly appreciate it.

Yeah, most are only EMT-B's. As far as getting the clients, I'm not sure. Most private companies transport patients to dialysis and the dialysis clinics don't allow advertising. I think most of the companies get in good w/ a doctor somehow and he refers them to you. Not sure how it works.
