I was wondering what you guys thought of the game. I've been playing it alot and no doubt it is the best basketball simulation game out there. However, one thing that's really bothered me are the ratings. You can't see any of the detailed ratings (such as passing, ballhandling, dunking, strength, etc). All you get are offense, defense, reb, 3 pt, and speed. Am I missing something or are we just not able to see their detailed ratings? In 2k1 we could see those ratings. The other big gripes with the game are the crazy good fg % of the computer and the frustrating passing where it more often than not passes to the wrong man. However, the game is still king for now. Well i have played it on xbox. If you increase the difficulty of the level, then the computer and you have a hard time making shots (especially 3s). The bad people really suck on the hard levels. Also, if you press the pass selector button before you pass the ball you can exactly control who to pass the ball to. Therefore you can eliminate the turnovers on the inbounds pass from the baseline (that occur when you just press the pass button). Also, by using the see all passes button, you can throw the ball the length of the court.
I'm talking more about pushing the direction you want to pass to and passing. When passing on a fast break or to the open man you don't have enough time to use pick who to pass to with the pass selector. Sometimes you press right and pass and it passes all the way to the left side. - BOTboy
