Went to Dallas this weekend (not proud of it) for business and had some time to kill on Saturday, so I went to The Sixth Floor Museum (Which is formerly The Texas Schoolbook Depository) and spent some time over on The Grassy Knoll. Now, I have been a nut about this topic since I was about 12 (I am 30 now) and I have always wanted to go check this stuff out. It was really cool seeing it all up close. Lots of other Conspiracy nuts out there. Even met and talked to Robert Groden who wrote "The Killing of a President" and co-wrote the screenplay to Oliver Stone's JFK. Really imformational stuff out there if you are competent and dont believe the trash that The Warren Commission was selling. Here are some pics: The Window that Oswald "allegedly" shot from... Anyways, just curious if there are any other assassination buffs on here.
Yeah, Stone's movie was really informational and totally an accurate representation of Garrison and the Shaw trial. The physics clearly show that the shots came from behind and above.
It was doctored in some way, There is no way it was what the government told us it was, If it went all the way up to the president I'm not sure, but I would not be surprised.....
There was a very good show a couple of years back with some forensic detail with the angles and whatnot that did a convincing job of explaining how 'the magic bullet' actually went in a straight line. Since then, I've had no doubt that it was just Oswald.
Yeah, PBS or the history channel had a series about this...I've been to the grassy knoll, etc and I still can't believe Oswald did it alone... There was also a show on TLC that had people in timed situations from the shot to Oswald walking home...

i've been there...went there 3x during college...to that museum and walked around outside. honestly, it's surreal every time i go. i don't know what happened there that die, aside from the fact we lost our president...but it's like stepping back in time everytime i go there.
I refuse to believe that it was Oswald. Yup.... This is "The President" we are talking about, the most high tech security would have happened in any other scenario........There is no way a man with a gun in a window would ever, EVER go unnoticed or unscanned........
The SS has changed leaps and bounds since JFK and Reagan were shot. Beofre JFK all pres went around in open top or open backed trains. It was the way it worked. They considered the primary threat to be someone on foot or vehicle not a sniper. "Snipers" were really kinda outcasts back then, not really accepted in peoples minds back then. Like suicide bombers it was considered a coward or even criminal. Now we have our own snipers and they are considered elite. 100 years from now they will view our warefare like we view the 18th century ideals of guys walking forward in rows till the guys in front die.
What I don't get is why some are referred to as crazy conspiracists, or nut jobs. The truth will set you free. If the movie JFK is the only thing you go off of, it is time to do extra research. While that is one of my favorite movies ever, it is just the beginning. There has been so much new evidence that has come out since 1992. After that movie there was such an uproar from people that the House Select Commitee on Assassinations created the Assassination Records Review Board and got most of the secret files declassified. As far as proving a shooter from the front, how about all these doctors that have come out and admitted that the autopsy photos that were shown to the public were faked. The entire back of the head is blown out in the real photos that were released later. Thus, proving it was an exit wound. To me, it is plain as day on the Zapruder Film that the shot comes from the front. (Back, and to the left. Right?) The main reason I have always concluded that Oswald was a patsy was because I just dont see how he covered the distance the Warren Commission said he did in that ammount of time. Youre telling me he shot the president and instead of getting the hell out of the building, he goes back to the 2nd floor and buys a Coke? Come on...
Might or might not be an exit wound but I have shot plenty of skulls and when hit with a rifle they basically explode there is not a perfectly seen little bitty entrance hole and super huge exit. It is almost impossible to tell from photos. I can never tell even when I am cutting the head off.
