My kids have these little fish(I think they are mollys,orange w/ mickey mouse in the tail) and one is about to have a litter,or whatever you call it with fish ?,.....Soo anyway what would I need to do for them to survive ? My guess is that the other fish in the tank would feast on them if I just left her in the tank. Anyone here ever raise any fish ?
Aquarium stores sell these little plastic containers that fit inside the tank; just put the momma fish in there & when she's done take her out & leave the little ones in there until they're bigger. Or, just get some vegetation that floats on the surface & the little fish will hide in there (the smart ones at least).
