Another player getting out of Toronto at the first opportunity. I wish the NBA would allow the Raptors to raise their cap a bit or allow them to pay players a little on the side to combat the weak Canadian dollar or high taxes or whatever makes players want to get out of Canada.

it said in the article that Orlando is looking to move Bo Outlaw (5 million yr.) and Michael Doleac (2 million yr.) plus one of their 1st round picks in order to get under the cap to get Antonio Davis.

I know it would mean losing out on Webber, but most people on this forum would agree that Outlaw is exactly the type of player that we need. Plus Doleac is the shooter that Rudy likes and we cn also use the extra first rounder to try to move up into the top 10 in this years draft (Magic own the 15th.)

I think its a safe alternative in case we dont get Webber because we could probably resign Mo Taylor and have Outlaw as our small forward. Ten we trade the picks we have for something in the top 5 possibly. Our lineup would look like

C (Draft Pick here) possibly Curry
    PF Taylor
    SF Outlaw
    SG Mobley
    PG Francis

I love Outlaw and his hustle... plus it helps that he was a UH Cougar.

If Bo Outlaw is Houston's starting Small Forward next season, I will be very satisfied. He's exactly the player we need at that spot. George Lynch wouldn't be too shabby either.

I'd take Bo Outlaw AND Michael Doleac.

I would love to NOT have Bo Outlaw as our starting small forward. C'mon everyone, u know Rudy likes 3's who can stroke it and Bo cannot stroke anything outside of the 10ft. Bo may have hustle and defense that Rudy may like but he is more suited for PF and even there he is undersized. He would be a great back up PF though and could definitely have spot duties at the SF and even the C spot in a pinch.

Doleac is the large outside shooting big man that we seem to be coveting, but he doesn't do much else. I'm telling ya, LaFrentz is the best shooting big man out there. Not only has 3 range but avg's over 9 boards a game and over 2.5 blocks a game. Raef is the big man we should be going after. Collier is a Doleac clone, so we don't need two of them.
    Just my .2 worth...

    I agree, but small correction:

Bullard is the best shooting big man out there!
