If you push the live draft time, to 8:15ish, I'm in. I have class around that time, and don't get home until just after 8 pm.
I just joined, but then I realized, that's right smack dab in the middle of the Rockets-Spurs preseason game. Anyway, could you move the time altogether to say Wednesday or Monday? This might need to be mentioned in the BBS Hangout if it the league isn't filling up. EDIT: nevermind, I got my time zones mixed up. The draft will probably be winding down by the time the game starts.
Ok, I checked and they only show 8:30pm-9pm PT, which I won't be available. All the other times are taken. I even checked as far as the 18th, and every time is taken or it is later on in the night. For kidrock8, try to see at your school if they have it enabled on their computers you can run the draft.
The problem is, that I'll be out of class around 7:30-7:45pm on Tues or Thurs... Meaning that I'll be driving my way home around 8pm. The times listed above are CT.
According to the times for the Yahoo Basketball Draft, most of them now are just morning and afternoon times. You can set your team up w/ pre-rankings and it will autopick with what you want.
Damn, I might have to drop out of the league if some more people don't start joining. They only allow you to have four teams per yahoo ID...I don't wanna waste one of 'em.
Ok, now don't panic! I set up the league now that anyone can join and I also posted in the Rockets 2002-03 forum inviting guys to join. Don't worry....

Rotisserie is based on who has the best stats, head to head, I believe, is they pit you against another team for a weak and who ever finishes with the best stats gets points or something, maybe a win.
I did too, and I'm not sure if this is really what fixed the problem, but when I copied the league number from this page and pasted it on the yahoo sign-up page it put a space at the end of the number. When I took out the space it worked just fine. Not sure if that's what fixed it or if it was just a coincidence. Nwo, do you mind if I put this league in my signature so some more people see it. A lot of people might not check this section of the forum.
I signed up. I have played Yahoo's Rotissiere and Small Worlds stock market versions, but I have not played head to head basketball. On the Games Played and 3 Point Shots Attempeted, are you trying to have the most or the fewest? Is this going to require daily changes to the roster?
