Since we need a 3, how about trading one of our picks and maybe someone like Mooch or K-9 to Portland for Bonzi Wells. He basically beat us himself. He's got good size for the 3 and has really gotten better these last couple years. He could be available since that "quote" took place early in the season about him not caring about the fans. He has since apoligized but there was talk about moving him.

    Oh God.

How many headcases must we go after... First Odom, now Wells.

Wells is a very good up and coming player who has 20 ppg potential. I really like his game, but he's a freaking immature baby, who's been more of a headcase than Rasheed Wallace.

Wells, I think is a FA this year. So it'd have to be a S&T, and I'd imagine Por will give him the max.

Wells would not be a good fit in this team, because he cries about not getting enough PT, shots, etc. I think Wells would punch out Moochie when Moochie is putting on his dribbling show.

On a team full of malcontents (the Blazers) Wells is the biggest one.

Wells needs the ball in his hands to be effective, and that won't happen as long as we have Francis, Mobley, and Norris.

We need guys who can get open away from the ball and be able to spot up and shoot.

wells is a bit small for a three and imo he'd be a bad fit on this team considering the parts we already have. he needs the ball in his hands too much to be effective and we already have what 8 of those guys.

What if we worked a Bonzi/Patterson trade?? Maybe throw in Cat and lottery picks to help the deal?? I'd do that any day... headcase? because he shows too much emotion?? Hates to lose?? Ya, I want someone like that. I don't want a "class act" - gimme someone who shows he can't stand losing.
