President Obama has over 8000 he needs to review, most are unconstituional. Some are very damaging to the Constitution. I stopped judging candidates on campaign promises about 5 years ago. Well for starters, we won't be able to wire-tap terrorists' conversations anymore. Second, we won't be able to access terrorists' information in databases. So, Obama wants to scale back our military, weaken our defenses against terrorists, hand the keys to Iraq over to al Qaeda and Iran, and sit down and give ground to the leaders of hostile regimes such as Iran, Venezuela, Cuba, and North Korea. Someone really needs to check into Obama's potential conflicts of interest with our nation's enemies.
WRONG! We still have unlimited ability to wiretap anyone outside the US without restrictions. In addition, the FISA provisions allow for wiretapping of anyone, including citizens, with warrants that can be issued up to three days AFTER the wiretap. Merely a matter of filling out the proper paperwork after the tap is set up. WRONG! The PATRIOT Act (which was voted for by Obama and is not an Executive Order and thus not subject to his unilateral revision) allows for this data to be accessed. WRONG! Obama has never once talked about reducing funding for or "scal[ing] back" our military in any way. WRONG! See above, RE military. WRONG! He wants to get the Iraqis to start standing up for themselves so that we can bring our troops home. In addition, he has spoken about chasing down AQ wherever they may operate. WRONG! At no point has Obama suggested that the US "give ground" to anyone. At the height of the Cold War, against an enemy that could have literally annihilated us at any point, we never cut off diplomatic relations. Refer to the famous quote by Sun-tzu, "keep your friends close and your enemies closer." How exactly will we get them to do what we want if we are acting like six year olds giving the silent treatment? Whoever takes on this task should also check into your conflicts with reality.

Even without knowing that nugget, Obama's too conscious about not appearing soft on terrorism. Besides, that power is tempting to any president. Hopefully a Democrat Congress will force the issue and let it die, but I also think it's doubtful.
