This time it is "Crush" formerly of the WWE (WWF) tagteam Demolition. http://www.wwe.com/inside/news/bryanadamspasses http://sports.aol.com/fanhouse/2007/08/13/brian-adams-crush-of-wwf-tag-team-demolition-dies-at-43/ Brian Adams, Crush of WWF Tag Team Demolition, Dies at 43 Posted Aug 13th 2007 2:16PM by Michael David Smith Filed under: Pro Wrestling The professional wrestler Brian Adams, best known as Crush in the tag team Demolition, has died at the age of 43, the WWE reported on its web site. The WWE says "details are unknown" about how Adams died. This comes at the worst possible time for WWE head Vince McMahon and the pro wrestling industry, which is under increased scrutiny as a result of the Chris Benoit murder-suicide. There will no doubt be questions about whether steroids played any role in Adams' death. According to Adams' IMDB page, he was arrested on drug and weapons offenses in 1994 for carrying steroids and a stun gun. He was later acquitted of the drug charges.
I remember Axe and Smash, but don't remember Crush... they were a rip-off of the Road Warriors, Hawk and Animal.
I best remember Crush when he wasn't in Demolition anymore and faced Doink at Wrestlemania IX. Doink beat him when he took a fake arm out and beat him up with it.
For those interested, here's what "Axe" is up to nowadays : http://www.wwe.com/superstars/wherearetheynow/demolitionsmash http://www.addedvalueprinting.com/ I remember him best as Krusher Darsow and Krusher Kruschev. Pissed me off when he turned from good ol' country boy to "commie".
Crush is best known for being the first member of Demolition to do a drop kick. don't ask how i remember that.
