I'm lazy and don't feel like searching for past threads..... Anyway, since the shutdown or Morpheus I've been looking for a close alternative. Many people have suggested Grokster and I like the similarities it has with Morpheus, but even with the spyware disabled, I'm not happy with the program mainly because I am always being disconnected and when I am connected, I rarely get results from ANY search I do(including common searches). I mostly download music(new, old, popular, obscure) and applications. What do you use and why? Also, if you use Grokster, have you had any problems with it and have you found a fix for the problems??
I have no idea why you have problems with Grokster, Pimp. Mine works great, like Morpheus used to. What kind of computer are you using? Did you try uninstalling it and starting over? I had to do this twice before mine worked. If you dont mind the spyware try kazaa (it uses the same network as grokster) Some people I work with have kazaa and they love it.
