...but this time it's sex-related unlike my last post... http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_1585040.html?menu= Sued for not giving orgasms A Brazilian woman is suing her partner for not giving her orgasms. According to Terra Noticias Populares reports the unnamed 31-year-old filled a complaint at Chacar Urbana Police station in Jundiai. She complained that her 38-year-old partner reached an orgasm and then simply stopped the sexual intercourse. Police chief Jose Roberto Ferraz is investigating the case. Police spokesperson said: "We will look into it, we will treat it as an ordinary complaint and let the judge decide."
The judge doesn't want to make any premature decisions, so he'll listen to all the evidence before deciding on whether to try the lawsuit. If so, the court is shooting for an early December trial...
I heard the other day a the average woman need 37 minutes of stimulation to reach her climax (that's foreplay and more direct stimlation) just so you guys know how to pace yourselves...don't want to get sued.
The judge was Hardly ammused to have a case like this erected into the public eye. An attorney for the plaintiff, is said to be seeking unspecified damages and stated "my client's libido is not in question, but her inability to achieve superior wetness is soley the responsibility of the Pedro, and he did not perform".
I've seen the file, and I can assure you there are no briefs. (come on...you knew someone had to post the obligatory and ridiculously bad "briefs" reference in a lawsuit joke)
