And of course she has a MySpace page: http://www.myspace.com/baybee_girl_heather link Teacher's assistant accused of sex with student Asheville, NC – A North Carolina teacher’s assistant is facing charges after she allegedly had sex with an 18-year-old student. Twenty-two-year-old Heather Shelton is accused of having a sexual relationship with a high school senior at the school she worked at, North Buncombe High School. Even though the student is not a minor, it is a felony for school employees to have any sexual activity with students according to North Carolina law. Shelton did not teach the 18-year-old student. Buncombe County Schools fired Shelton from her job last week. At her first court appearance on Monday, a judge informed Shelton that if convicted, she faces up to 44 months in prison.
okay shes hot and shes 22 he is 18, not teaching him anyways and she is an assistant.....i dont see problem with it, lucky guy too
if they pursue this case its ridiculous. she wasn't the kid's teacher and there was only a four year difference. I would think this is silly even if it was a male teacher and female student.
They are four years apart and he's a freaking adult. I mean, I get that she broke the state law and there's no getting around that, but c'mon! Just fire her and move on.
She was a weird nose, and peculiar smile. Her teeth are all right though in that they're nice and white. 7.2

Parents should be able to have their high schoolers go to school and not have sex with school employees. Fire her and move on. He was an adult so don't charge her with anything. Just fire her.
I love this: "I am a fun loving girl who likes to have a great time whether that means going out or staying in. I love life and never want to get old. " She should add: "...and that's why I go out with younger guys." Hasn't she ever experienced what a good old sugar daddy can provide her? Silly girl.
Why even do this? If I was single and I knew that wherever I worked I would get fired for "office romance," I wouldn't do it. Even if its not "that bad" or anything, she should know its going to cost her career. Idiot.
I doubt she gets anything more than a short probation when the case is over. They may throw it out altogether. Just because the max possible is 44 months doesn't mean she will do anything remotely close to that.
