Anna Nicole Smith - did the lawyer dude kill her and her son?

All I know is, she's ****ing creepy in that first picture. It looks like her corpse. Thanks, I'm gonna have nightmares tonight.

Oh and btw--everyone in my government class seems to think she killed her son and killed herself.

while there are similarites, i kinda doubt this dude was forcing drugs down both of their throats. Cmon its a pretty well known fact that anna nicole had a drug problem, and the apple doesnt fall far from the tree.

One thing doesn't make sense. If he was "controlling" her, he would be "controlling" the finances as well. Why would he need to "kill" her for $$$? Isn't it every guys dream to marry a rich hot chick?

Maybe she and her kids were cursed for stealing from that old billionaire. Sort of like how Bruce Lee and his kids are cursed for Lee turning his back on HK films.

Just look at this guy first of all. The face of con-artistry, child molestation, and various other sociopathic creeps.

I'm wondering why she would kill her son? She left money in his name. Leave her possessions to him then kill him? And she recently had a baby and made IT a beneficiary. The baby's name is Daniellyn, obviously connected to her son, maybe lovingly. Doesnt appear on the surface as someone who wants to do away with her family. Not like she was against the medical and pharmaceutical industry doing things to her body. She could have went for an abortion if life was spiraling downward.

Once drugs are part of it though, everything becomes muddled and topsy-turvy. Ability to think concisely is lost. Consequences don't matter as much....She was on drugs beforehand so she was already vulnerable for the wrong kind of people to come in and cloudy up the situation. He probably thought he was a genuisly slick guy who could outsmart her and she was a dumb blonde who was easily manipulated but he couldnt get her to be dumb enough to sign away her earnings to him. So he had to go to plan C & D.

Anna's friend Jackie Hattan blames the model's death on Howard K. Stern.

Hattan claims she did drugs several times, allegedly with both Anna and Howard.

"I told everybody that I was fearful that Howard K. Stern was in my opinion was going to kill my friend for money, to try to get money," she said.

In fact, Hattan said she is disgusted Stern is receiving money for interviews following Anna Nicole's death.

"I just don't understand, I just can't understand how somebody could replace somebody's life for a potential windfall of money," she said. " There's you know a sick murderer on the loose," she added.

"Howard had her just asleep at the wheel and when there was a show or a shoot it's like okay here, take some little ups, let's get you goin' because the cash cow was necessary," she claimed.

I always thought Stern was a leech, back to his days on The Anna Nicole Show. Why else would an intelligent lawyer hang out with a vapid, overweight ex-model and her psycho friends? Still, he seemed harmless on the show, so I'm not sure he has it in him to commit murder. Money-grubbing a-hole? Absolutely. Murderer? Not too sure.

 

This has 'Law & Order: Criminal Intent' written all over it.
