i was watching this on the news, and the doctors said that it pierced right into the heart. the beating of the heart continued to pull the barb in more and more into his heart. shockingly, he's still alive because it only damaged the heart muscle and no veins or arteries.
Thats crazy. They were talking about how rare this is. Then it happens twice in as many months or so.
