I'm using the native Android Email app synced with the Microsoft email server at my job.

My Inbox syncs just fine. And so does the calender and contacts. But the subfolders in the Inbox and the Sent folder does not sync. They all show up, but never sync and show that they're empty.

Any ideas on how this could be fixed from the user side? A few of my coworkers use Iphones and they don't have this issue. I'm using a Galaxy S 4g running GB 2.3.6

Thanks in advance for any help. No fanboy love/hate please.

Gingerbread does not have great Exchange support. Download Touchdown Email as a trial to see if that fixes your issue. If it does, you may end up having to purchase the app.
