    i am disgusted with the rockets... :mad: :mad: we need to fire JVG first of all, hes useless. HOW MANY TIMES does it take him to realize"ok guys they r getting open looks on the 3 point line" but no i bet you his typical answer is something like"they wont make all of them guys, they will start missing eventually, keep double teaming nash as he drives to the hoop and passes it off" WTF! i mean seriously its kinda OBVIOUS phoenix runs that same play,(nash dribbles thru the team does a couple a fakes pump fakes , meanwhile this draws in the defense to guard nash, THEN he passes it off to the open man!) IS IT THAT HARD TO REALIZE! second... YAO IS THE BIGGEST PANSY... y dont u TRY and get the rebound and STOP DANCING IN THE MIDDLE TRYING TO GET POSITION! u r EMBARESSING THE ROCKETS ORGANIZATION ON TELEVISION! UGH! :mad: im Glad DA had a good game today he has improved alot, WTH HAPPEND TO jon BARRY? did he like all of sudden go thru the biggest slump in his life? he missed like 3 free throws! he also needs to start draining those 3's again... WHY DIDNT WE PICK AMARE!!! all those missed layups would be DUNKS!!! :D but no... we had to pick the 7'6 loser who cant use his height advantage to get rebounds over guards who are shorter tahn him... WAT A DISGRACE! :rolleyes:

    I very rarely make anything remotely resembling a personal attack on this board, but really...how old are you? Is it just me or has the collective maturity of this board degenerated a great deal the past year? :confused:

    EDIT: Ok, I feel a little bad for taking a shot, so I'll leave a few tips:
    - Spell check is your friend
    - Paragraphs are also your friend
    - Multiple exclamation points do nothing to emphasize your point

    Amen-it wasn't nearly this bad when we were 6-11 last year...

    Yao got 7 touches for the entire game and still gets all the blame for this loss.

    Maybe it has something to do with the SUNS getting 33 assists to the ROX 17.

    That sound you are hearing is the sound that overly inflated expectations make when they suddenly deflate. Too many people here OD'd on the RocketRed Koolaid during the offseason when Swift, Alston & Anderson were signed. I recall reading declarations that the Rox were the 2nd best team in the West behind San Antonio and that they (Rockets) were headed to the Western Conference Finals. Well looking good on paper is one thing - looking good on the court is something else entirely.

    As usual, the reality is somewhere in between. Losing Sura & TMac hurt a lot but even without them, they should not look this bad. They come out flat and play dispirited basketball and would be a complete laughingstock were it not for the inspired play of Luther Head. Something else is going on with this team and unless JVG finds a way to turn things around, his days in Houston may very well be numbered.
