A man has been accused of attempting to pass a $360 billion check, which he claims was given to him by his girlfriend’s mother to start a record business, Fort Worth police said.

Charles Ray Fuller Charles Ray Fuller, 21, of Crowley, was arrested on April 22 on an accusation of forgery, police said.

Police responded to a report of a man attempting to pass the check about 4 p.m. that day at the Chase bank in the 8600 block of South Hulen Street, Fort Worth police Lt. Paul Henderson said.

The personal check was not made out to Mr. Fuller and when the bank contacted the check owner, the woman said she did not write a check for $360 billion.
Mr. Fuller was also accused of unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession of mar1juana, Lt. Henderson said. He may also face a theft charge in Crowley.

Lt. Henderson said he did not know if Mr. Fuller and his girlfriend were still together.

360 Billion!!?? Why!? I don't get it. Why not 360,000!? He had to be high and drunk and on crack. And then he really expected the teller to count 360 Billion in cash!? That would automatically make him one of the world's richest. Not even in his own name. Are there people out there really this stupid. He shouldn't be arrested, throw him in the insanity ward.

Well, if this happened in Sealy, it would be in the "local news" section of the Chronicle, but it still isn't Houston. See what I mean.

Wow. Not knowing he put too many zeros behind a check that may have said $36, but then to carry a gun and some weed with him into the bank.

    Just wow.

Some people are as dumb as dirt. Seriously.

I've carried a fake one million dollar bill in my wallet for years, the one with Millard Fillmore's picture.

"I'd like to buy this pack of gum, do you have change for a million dollar bill?"

I like how the bank called the owner of the check.....to verify that she indeed did NOT write the check.....for 360 BILLION dollars. I guess they just needed to make sure? LOL. What would have happened if she said she DID write the check?
