I didn't see a thread about this yet, but there's a Fantastic Four movie coming out. Now I can understand them making X-Men, Spiderman, Superman, Batman etc. movies, because people care about/know a lot about those comics...but it gets rediculous when they make movies about Daredevil, Catwoman, and other ones that nobody really cares about... Wait just a second now, the Fantastic Four ARE Marvel. Their introduction ushered in the Silver Age, and all those great things that came with it - Spidey, Hulk, even those stupid X-Men.

Everytime I think about Fantastic Four, I think about Mr. Pink in Reservoir dogs telling the cop who was training him that Joe looked like The Thing.
I love comics, especially Marvel comics, but FF was not one of my favorites... Depending on how the previews and reviews look, then I might go see it.
Mr. Orange, dude. Steve Buscemi was Mr. Pink. a/k/a "Mr. p***y." Sorry I had to drop that on you, but lording over others' mistakes makes me feel like a big man. Now, on the subject of the Fantastic Four... they're a classic comic and all, but not quite iconic. I doubt your average non-comic fan can't even name all four members outside of "the rock guy" and "Plastic-Man." Don't get me wrong, I'll check it out, but Jessica Alba CAN'T friggin' act. Without a decent story and a knockout portrayal of Dr. Doom, this thing is gonna sink without a trace.
This movie is going to bomb BIG time. They got some idiot Tim Story(Barber Shop) to direct this movie. Sorry but they're not taking this movie seriously.

Is that Affleck thing cryptic? The whole cast is already known (the primaries). I guess you are saying this movie won't be of the quality of Daredevil.
