Well, Tracy McGrady just had his 9th game of the season in which he got double figure points and assists. I was looking through his game log and found that the Rockets are 21-2 when he dishes 8+ assists. That's incredibly good. Rafer gets the offense into their sets better than anyone else, but the offense clearly revolves around T-Mac. 21-2. Those two losses were the first game of the season when the rotation was COMPLETELY different and a game against Denver where the Rockets collapsed in the final minute. Hopefully T-Mac can keep racking up the assists in the postseason because that's when the Rockets are at their best. Lately, Yao and T-Mac have been combining for 50 pretty much every night, so we know that they're gonna get theirs. It's when the the shooters are consistently hitting threes that this team becomes unstoppable. To me, one or both stars being in the zone + the 3pt shooters hitting + the league's #1 D (least top 2) = Championship. 33 assists against the Hornets - Rockets are beautiful to watch at times like that.
