    I wouldn't guess that the Rockets would hold much interest in Newley's games. Rockets are already stacked with younger swingmen who are better and with greater potential.

    Are they simply following his progress because they happen to be scouting another player on the same team?..

    Looking at the mock drafts, this guy looks very intriguing. Time to try and trade up for another potential high pick.

    If he really projected as a top pick, Rockets have almost no chance without winning the lottery. Rockets have something like a 1% or less chance of winning a top 3 pick, currently. It's too late to get up to even a 10% chance.

    If the Cavs, Kings, Timberwolves or Toronto win, they are keeping their picks.
