American Idol: 2 remaining, who's your choice?

No question.

Two weeks ago, I couldn't have made a choice between Kelly and Tamyra...they both have such awesome voices and look real good.
I was leaning toward Kelly over Tamyra since she's from Texas..
and I'm really hopin my gut feeling doesnt come true next week.

My Prediction:

Who should win--Kelly
Who will win--big hair boy

I hope I'm wrong...

 

Justin will be buried alive by a huge "Kelly Clarkson Landslide." It's so lopsided, there's hardly any decision to make. Put it this way:

Kelly = American Idol
Justin = cheesy lounge singer

So...
Look for Kelly's new CD to make an impressive debut on the Billboard charts.

Look for Justin to star at the Stardust Hotel in Vegas. He'll be there all week.

 

Kelly should win, but Justin will win.

Either way all the last 4 or 5 will get music contracts.

wow, I think i've watched 1 3/4 ths shows of this semi-crap.

I called it back when there were 10 finalists, thinking that it'd come down to Kelly (if she is the girl I think I'm talking about) and the guy with big hair.

Kelly is the one who looks like the girl from Traffic, right. She's hot and she can sing, so I hope she wins.

 

Hope you're right. I'm just afraid that the tenny-bopper factor can't be discounted. How do you explain him still being on the show? He should have been gone before Christina.

 

Tamyra Gray should have won but Justin will win because all of those teenie bopper Nsync fans would rather have another Justin in the music industry than another Brittany! Mark my words, Justin will win!

 

I think that if Justin wins, Simon will commit seppuku on live television. Justin is just one guy (unlike N'SYNC's 5), and his act, although charming at first, has become increasingly grating and monotonous. I just don't see him as a recording star in the U.S. I sincerely hope America will see the light and vote for Kelly. Otherwise, we Americans are one big mass of pure, concentrated stupidity (as I fear already).

So... who are the power dialers gonna vote for now? Nikki was their queen, and now they're leaderless. Will they sabotage the show and side with Justin (while laughing maniacally, no doubt)? Or will they go for the sweet and pure Kelly?

Will Paula and Justin get it on? Will Randy continue to eat and repeat himself? Will Simon get a new gig as a prison guard? Will R.J. come back and damn the winner to eternal hell? Will Seacrest and Dunkleman get waylaid by a rogue meteor in a *ahem* freak accident? Will they rename the show "Coca-Cola and Ford! Brought to you by American Idol"?

Kelly Clarkson is amazingly talented, and she should win handily over Justin. Justin will go on to be on Old Navy and Gap commercials wearing Performance Fleece.

Actually, I had Kelly pegged to in it from the time they had narrowed it down to 10.

I even think she is just marginally better than Tamyra was.

 

This competition was over when Tamyra got voted off.

However, that doesn't mean the most talented will win out.

I hate to say it, but Justin wins on popularity (among girls).

 

Do you guys really think the fans vote matters?

I was watching ET after the American Idol phone scandal broke in which people were using computers to jam the lines for their favorite contestants. During the interview, it was admitted that the producers have final say, not the fans.

 

That guy Justin with the big hair reminds me of Sideshow Bob from the Simpsons. He's a pretty good singer though.

 

I've been saying that for weeks, and appearently we're not the only one's who think so.
