I don't know if this has been touched on yet, but our team is doing amazing! We are currently 18-12 30 games into the season. Last year we were 19-11! We even had Yao and Artest playing at this time! Whoever would have thought?!
People need to stop making these threads. Clutch or another in charge needs to merge all these positive threads together into one.
Plus we've had a tough schedule so far. As Bill or Bull said, our schedule gets very easy on Jan 9, and it does.
Last year early season sucked however. I think we didn't have Battier until December and even then he didn't travel on long road games. Alston our starting PG was missing some games and that is when we got a nice taste of Brooks. McGrady and Artest didn't seem to be clicking together on the court and then they both got injured and started this "Choose the games I want to play and no back to back thing". Long story short, we should have been better last year around this time of the season had everyone been healthy. Meanwhile for this team, our record is a very solid accomplishment.
Landry, Scola, and AB definitely have stepped up, and the addition of Ariza has also helped. we'll continue to beat the weak teams, but will have trouble with the elite of the league. we're a 7th, 8th seed now and will be at the end of the season IMO.
although it's a good thing this year, i wouldnt compare it to last year. Last year i believe we started well the first few games and then went on a funk...so matching the record doesn't make this team seem better
a litter too late for amzing, you should say that a month ago. but yeah, our team is defintely put **** on nba offical face, how much we paid for player who play? Every bottom teams of NBA bosses should piss off every time they see how rocket played.

Can't help but wonder what the ceiling is for this team? Bunch of mid level talented guys, who just play their hearts out every game. Cinderella story has this team in the West Finals.

I agree Dane, it's pretty impressive. Though, the regular season is more about making the playoffs than anything else. Once we do that, and I think we will, I want to see how deep we can go. Then I'll be amazed! (Or dissapointed)
This Teams record shouldnt even be compared to last year.. last year's schedule was WAY WAY HARDER, and only the reason we won games was because talent and the effort are role players gave... also because last years teams were NOT NEAR AS GOOD as they are now.. you look at the west conference this year..... This Years team is doing an OUTSTANDING job.. our schedule is rediculous this year. and we have been doing IMPRESSIVE wins this year.. and its not cause we lack talent and the other teams dont try. Every Good team trys agaisnt us and we respond well.. Morey is doing an outstanding job with this team and we are getting better and better in closing out games as the season is going on.. So in conclusion, Great Title to this thread. and YES ITS WORTH mentioning again.
