I don't know if this has been posted or not. This is Santana at the top of his game. <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/fNoZg9kl-zE&rel=1"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/fNoZg9kl-zE&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object> Enjoy!
I love these videos! This one is my favorite. Ozzy's hand clapping is the best! <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/Eqtk6kKTlDM&rel=1"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/Eqtk6kKTlDM&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
I swear I played that song in my garage band about 35 years ago...we were called micro dot (snicker snicker).
The music industry is so watered down today that some people just don't recognize genius when they hear it.
Sorry can someone enlighten me on the artistic and uniqueness of the video? It doesn't sound too good to me...but I think this solo by Jimmy page is awesome (sorry didn't mean to derail)..maybe too cliche with solos? <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/93ubRaUm2J0"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/93ubRaUm2J0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
If there was only one reason to be unique it's that Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck are playing with Page. This isn't the best performance by Page, for sure. Too much heroin....one of his first live performances after Bonzo died.....but it's a good piece of history.
I tried to find that Family Guy video where Peter and Louis get high and sing on stage thinking they sound good. But really they sound terrible, it was perfect for this thread....
I love the whole "Final Countdown" part. Spoiler I'm not sure everyone knows, but this isn't really Carlos playing.
I still don't get it. Okay so it was dubbed? They're playing this "genius" music? Either it still sounds like !@#$ or I guess classic rock/shredding is suppose to be the "best" kind of music you can listen to. Wipe me down.
