I would have refused if I were Dream, but the man gotta get paid.

It's an easy $40K (or at least I think it's 40K) to teach someone the same things over and over again as you did before.

My son got a chance to meet Amare last summer while he was training in Houston. Seemed like a really good guy.

If dream could train Amare's knees to get better that price tag would go up.

I like the fact that Amare is actually trying to get better as a player even with the injuries. Much Respect.

Wow, why does Amare train? He can't even get into court.

I think a deal with Parsons/Trob/Dmo could land us Amare.

Maybe Amare should retire and be a trainer himself.

This. TBH, I don't know why Amare wants to work on his low post game, it's a nice wrinkle to have but then again Amare's already one of the best PNR and mid-range big men in the NBA, if anyone needs low post tutoring it's actually Chandler.

If it weren't for his ridiculous contract I'd love to have him on the squad, him+Asik>DH IMHO.

I'd take Amare on the Rockets.

Well whenever you can get a guy past his prime who doesn't rebound or play defense, whose knees are so bad his contract can't be insured, who's missed 70+ games the last two seasons and is owed over $45MM over the next two seasons, you have to do it.

Of course that would, the Rockets get the bad end of the deal. NY would love nothing more than to screw Morey, with this deal, for all the great deals at NY's expense. It would be a detrimental hit to the Rockets to trade away those 3 for an injury-ridden, non-rebounding player that is owed millions upon millions over the next few years. If it was Amare at his prime, then there would be talks.
