unless you're 300 pounds or a partying college student, then yeah, you get wasted twice a week, get your **** together.
Does the type of beer even matter? I mean, I never wake up for work...I drink Miller Lite...I tend to pass out around 2 AM the latest....
I know plenty of people that do that, I myself do that on occasion, but we are in college, idk what your situation is.
14 beers is binge drinking. If you don't have a problem yet, you will if you don't do something about it. Whether or not you make it to work on time or whatever, most dysfunctional alcoholics started out as functional ones. Good luck.
Can you stop yourself from drinking? Do you actually NEED the alcohol? If yes, you're an alcoholic. If no, then you're not. Either way, 28 beers a week is too much, alcoholic or not. Cut back.
Not entirely true, actually. 14 beers in a day is binge drinking, which can be a type of alcoholism whether he "needs" alcohol or not. Not all alcoholics need to drink every day. But regardless of whether or not he fits the definition of an alcoholic, drinking problems tend to get worse, not better. I recommend the OP cut way down if he can.
I'm 27...being stable at my job for about 8 years...I am essential to this small business. Seriously, binge drinking twice a week makes me an alcoholic? Yeah, I am reducing myself to other means to get out of marriage...but my drinking should not be a problemo? Am I really that bad? I hate liquor...dont got no criminal charges....never beat the woman i am trying to escape...28 beers is too much? Wow...
Fair enough. I did my fair share of binge drinking and never had any problems cutting back. I guess I didn't really see it that way. Spoiler
