We had our biggest lead of the season and at the same time Alston just happend to have taken the fewest shots since six weeks ago (and hitting at least 50% since about six weeks ago), and dishing out the most assists since about six weeks ago.

The math seems pretty simple - keep Alston and force him to shoot less.

It's surprising that of all people, Morey was quoted as telling Alston not to shoot off the dribble. Well, his claim to fame is statistically figuring out winning formulas...

Yeah, Rafer's definitely moderated his shot attempts. I think a lotta players have though. TMac's shot selection is better. Head's no jacking up so many ill-advised 3s, and Hayes has stopped shooting layups. It's a win-win situation

Rafer finally admitted that 6 TOs were better than 10 missed shots.

Good for Alston, now Alston haters can relax, and Alston defenders finally have a legit cause for defending him =P

I also think Bonzi takes away some of the bad shots that Alston makes - any comments on this?
