It's been almost a decade - I need some help filling in the blanks. QB David Carr OL Chester Pitts OL OL OL OL RB Domanick Davis/Williams RB Steve Slaton WR Andre Johnson WR TE Owen Daniels DL Gary Walker DL Mario Williams DL Seth Payne DL LB DeMeco Ryans LB Jamie Sharper LB Jeff Posey DB Dunta Robinson DB Aaron Glenn DB Marcus Coleman DB DeMarcus Faggins P Chad Stanley K Kris Brown KR/PR Jerome Mathis/Jacoby Jones/Andre Davis (deepest position in franchise history....)
Pointless thread... unless the point you're trying to make is the Texans have been terrible since their inception.
He has 76 career games as a Texan and was the face of the team for 5 years....I don't know how you can't.
Walter would be your other WR. Gaffney has better totals, but has played one more season than Walter with the Texans. Really those are the only options behind AJ. Edit: Actually looking at the numbers a case could be made for Bradford. Bradford is 2nd in receiving TDs to AJ, is 3rd in yards for a WR behind Gaffney. Still give the edge to Walter considering he should become 2nd on all three if he puts up 6 TD catches.
Please could you one time let me be myself? So I can shine in my own light. Let me be myself. -- MadMax
I really think I'd go Kailee Wong over Jeff Posey (He started only 9 games for the Texans whereas Wong was the All-time leading Texans sack leader until Mario Williams) McKinney is the obvious choice at Center. Along with all-time Texans great Tony Boselli. Never allowed a single sack in his entire Texans career. Also your KR depth chart has a glaring omission (JJ Moses)
Because he sucked. That's how. "All time team". All seven years? Come on now. There can hardly be an "all-decade" team, much less an "all-time" team. How about name the great players that have graced Reliant Stadium for the last seven years? I don't believe you'll have enough to put 11 on each side of the ball.
This thread is disgusting. David Carr, Petey Faggins, and Jeff Posey mentioned anywhere near "all-time team" is not right. Carr and Faggins for obvious reasons, Posey just because he wasn't here that long.
