All star weekend in Houston next year

    Houston hosts the nba all star game next year - has any city hosted an all star game and not have a single player represent the city? That's a big possibility unless there's some sort of pity rule.

    2 first round picks, Kmart, Lowry, role players....... I think Morey can get us at least one all star :)

    Whoever the Rockets retain as their PG going forward will have the most likely chance of making the All-Star team.

    -Rookie/Sophmore challenge- Rookies- Motiejunas, & 2 1st round picks. One or more of those guys could make the team.
    Sophmore- Chandler Parsons should be a lock.

    -Shoooting Stars-Always have a Texas team with at least one Rocket & Kenny Smith representing Houston.

    3 point shootout- Chase Budinger had one of the highest 3pt %'s in the NBA this last year. Courtney Lee is also a possibility here.
