    The field has been trimmed from 24 to 16. In this round, the team that receives the most votes will move on in the competition. Review the rosters, then vote for the team which you believe is BETTER

    Afflalo is a solid spot-up shooter, Noah can get garbage buckets and Melo is a great first option.

    Morrow/Landry provide a nice offensive spark off the bench.

    The sexiest part of YSL's team is his defense. That defense really does have it all.

    the problem is the entire offense is run through jump shooters, none of whom are extremely efficient rather morrow/melo are known to be high volume shooters.
    with players like that on an offensively lacking team the other players + with a rookie pg handling things other players may not get any touches at all

    Carmelo Anthony is not just a jump-shooter. He has a legit post game also. Basically he has a complete offensive game and skill set. Definitely a huge misconception there. He's one of the best offensive players in the game, if not the best in the game. It's funny how you mention inefficiency, cause Melo averages a higher FG%, FT% and 3 Point FG% than Kobe Bryant did last season while taking more shots. Not to mention that, Carmelo Anthony was way more clutch than Kobe last season as well. Kobe is a great player, but he is declining in a steady rate. His defense last season was pretty horrific as well because his athleticism isn't there anymore. It also has to do with injuries but that man has lots of mileage and for that reason, he is going to decline even further.

    And who is going to score on your team, besides Kobe? David West just recently tore his ACL. It is going to take him awhile to get his conditioning and rhythm back. Will he even be the same player before his injury? Here's another question. Will he be the same player without Chris Paul? Even if he will be, I got my front court defense of Serge Ibaka and Joakim Noah who will slow him down easily. In his matchup with Noah, David West had one of his worse games of the season and that is with Carlos Boozer(no defense). Now imagine Serge Ibaka right next to Noah, and that is suffocating defense for any player looking to score in the paint.

    Now lets talk about our bigs

    Ibaka, Landry, and Noah is better than West, McGee, Brown in almost every aspect of the game. I have better rebounding(both defense and offense), better defense, better hustle, better intangibles, better IQ players(lol at McGee and Kwame) and whatever you ask from a big man. I'll give a slight edge in scoring to you but Carl Landry ain't shabby when it comes to scoring almost matching David West scoring average after he went down in injury.

    My front court is just flat out better than yours. It's not all about scoring. If I get all those rebounds for more opportunities and play fantastic defense, it's gonna be extremely hard for your bigs to win down low in the paint.

    Lets talk about the guards.

    Your guards lack 3 point shooting. Andre Miller cant shoot(jesus only 10%) and Kobe hasnt been shooting very well recently. Eric Bledsoe does not impress me, he will simply be outmatched in this battle. Both Miller and Kobe are over their primes and they will continue to decline.

    Kyrie Irving is going to be a great player. Yes, he will make some rookie mistakes, but his talent is undeniable. He will be a poor man's Chris Paul which is a very good thing as his passing skills and his vision is amazing. JJ Barea will come off the bench to break down your weak defensive team and create for everyone else. Like, BRR said. Anthony Morrow will provide an offensive spark. Afflalo is one of the best shooters and is also capable of scoring also. He was one of the big reasons why Denver was so good last year when Melo left. His leadership and intangibles were like glue to that Denver team.

    Overall, my team is just better in almost all the aspects of basketball except maybe scoring. But my team will make it extremely difficult for your team to score for reasons I already provided.

    I retract my :eek::eek::confused:,
    but must also note he's not a true "back to basket post scorer" more like a black Dirk with less jumpers and fadeaways, more drives.
