The field has been trimmed from 16 to 8. In this round, the team that receives the most votes will move on in the competition. Review the rosters, then vote for the team which you believe is BETTER

    arjun
PG - Tony Parker / Toney Douglas
    SG - Stephen Jackson
SF - Kevin Durant / Carlos Delfino*
    PF - David Lee
    C - DeJuan Blair / Andray Blatche

    Vs.

    YourSecretLover
    PG – J.J. Barea / Kyrie Irving
SG - Arron Afflalo / Anthony Morrow
    SF - Carmelo Anthony
PF - Serge Ibaka / Carl Landry
    C - Joakim Noah

Holy ****. I actually think Arjun could win this since YSL has no one to exploit Arjun's complete and utter lack of interior defense.

Actually, I think noah and ibaka will be having fun getting offensive rebounds and putbacks, but I don't think its enough to out do the scoring power of arjuns backcourt since JJ can't guard parker and captain jack will dominate afflalo.

    I'd give this to arjun

I dont think Captain Jack will "dominate" Afflalo. Afflalo is a really good defender and I'm surprised how underrated he is on this board.

Even though I dont have big that will exploit arjuns lack of defense, I still have Carmelo who I can put in the post and with the lack of shot blockers on his team, I feel like it will benefit Carmelo. Surround him with shooters in JJ Barea and Afflalo and Ibaka and Noah grabbing offensive rebounds, I feel like my team will not have any trouble scoring whatsoever.

The only way arjun can beat me is if his backcourt has a really good shooting night. Tony Parker's greatest strength is driving to the rim but he will be met by my frontcourt. His and Captain Jack shooting is too streaky.

I also feel like my bench is superior to his bench. He has only 7 players so fatigue will be a factor for Durant and overall his team.

Overall, his backcourt is better than mine but I feel in other aspects of the game, I have the better team. A more clutch player, better frontcourt, better defensive and rebound/hustle team. etc.

YSL has more of a complete team than Arjun. I cant believe the disparity in this. All Arjun has is Durant.

This. People say he doesn't have enough offense in the post which is just ludicrous. Ibaka would spell Noah at the 5, meaning Landry plays a ton of minutes. Melo is an all around threat including post. the spacing is pretty good and the defense is sick.

Arjun has no interior defense and his spacing would be atrocious. I see ysl putting up way more points on a team than Arjun could. His defense is obviously better.... So what am I missing?

It seems like many times on the board someone says something (ysl has no offense) and everyone starts thinking that way. Has clutchfans really forgotten about landry's post game?

If Jackson and Lee are your 3rd and 4th options, that's not bad.

Except Lee was terrible last year and in reality all Jackson would do is steal Durant's shots, yeah

This is 2011 not 2006. I would take Barea over Parker.
