    1. The Harden situation resolved (preferrably in our favor)
    2. New ownership that has legit money - one that doesn't run this like a penny-pinching business
    3. Silas to get a fair shot without the drama
    4. PJ to get his money somehow
    5. Christian Wood to be a superstar so he can laugh at everybody that passed him up
    6. Wall and Cousins to be a steal.

    3. A good return on the eventual Harden trade (ideally for him to stay and be professional but since that's not likely at least don't get bent)

    1) Harden take a knee. Have arthroscopic knee surgery and get him away from the other players because he is
    destroying team chemistry or trade him for a decent return. I don’t expect a great or good return right now.

    2) Trade Eric Gordon so that the Rockets can re-sign Gerald Green and give Tucker a small pay raise.

    3) Watch how well Wall, Cousins, Wood, Tate, Nwaba perform.
