It's true. I've read the new age awareness newsletter and they brought up some valid points. (Very convincing article if you can get this publication)
    1. "The anti-christ will dawn in the new millineum under the cloudy confusion of public disarray with an assumed common name"
    - hence, Al
    2. "The stench of mass gore and death will pierce and permeate the attempts of righteousness"
    - hence, Gore (note the obvious), and "right", being the Republicans
    3. "The conquered will be conquered by their own undoing"
    - hence, the crazy election

The scary thing is the artcle was written and dated June, 1996. - Long before these events could be foreseen!!!
    Very scary, indeed!

Anyone seen the 1999 movie "Election"?
It's really funny and sorta similar to the real thing. If you havent seen it, rent it.

Reese Witherspoon's character is sorta like Al Gore, an overacheiving know-it-all with a unlikable personality.

Chris Klein's character is like Dubya, a not too bright popular jock who likes to party but is a terrible public speaker.

Matthew Broderick's character is like Katherine Harris. An authority figure who wants to control the outcome of the election for his own personal reasons.

Here's a quote from Jessica Campbell's character, who is like Ralph Nader:

    LOL outlaw,

The moment I read the first sentence of your post, I thought that Katherine Harris must be Mathew Broderick. Then you said the same thing.

All of your other comparisons are pretty much on the mark too. [IMG]

If you know your bible, you would know that the anti-christ is jewish ... but Liberman ...

And it is said that every 'x' amount of years, something terrible happens to the president. That would leave Liberman in office.

its all good and fun till someone gets hurt ... then its absolutely hilarious!

Hasn't something terrible already happened to the President (whether it's Bush or Gore)...? [IMG]

Election was a great movie. All of the actors did a good job on their roles.

"I am" is reportedly the shortest sentence in the English language. Could it be that "I do" is the longest sentence ?
