@WojYahooNBA: Teams awaiting direction today from agent if Miami's LeBron James will proceed to free agent meetings this week, league sources tell Yahoo.
I don't know if it's legit but here it is. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Source: Lebron James will be meeting with <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Rockets?src=hash">#Rockets</a>, <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Bulls?src=hash">#Bulls</a>, <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Lakers?src=hash">#Lakers</a> and <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Cavs?src=hash">#Cavs</a> this week.</p>— NBA Source (@MyNBAsources) <a href="https://twitter.com/MyNBAsources/statuses/485910136599232512">July 6, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

I guess we are supposed to find out today (or at least the teams are) if the Rockets are invited to meet with LeBron.
@SedanoESPN 6:55 7-6-14 "Rock Ventures Plane (Dan Gilbert's company) is in South Florida. For what? I guess we'll see... #NBAFreeAgency http://t.co/pFxPRMkqmZ
@anthonylimaFAN 7-6-14 7:05 "Been working on this for two hours but can now confirm from second source that LBJ's friend and former Cav Zydrunas Ilgauskas was on plane"
Live in Ohio & been following this closer than ever since Friday -- some credible local (Cleveland and Akron) sources started hearing "something". My initial skepticism diminished given who was saying what. But now? Skepticism almost non-existent, though this is somewhat reminiscent of 2010. Exhibit A: Exhibit B But why Detroit and not Cleveland? Exhibit C Exhibit D and finally Xzibit
-Home town -Most of his family and friends still live there -He still has a home in the Cleveland area -He left on bad terms (and took a big PR hit) -Miami may be done as a Championship contending team (does anyone really see them beating the Spurs next year, or even being a lock to win over the Clippers or OKC?) -Cleveland has a lot of cap room (max salary), solid roster, and lots of assets and picks to further build around him I still don't think it's likely, but if he did that's the one place where he wouldn't get a ton of flack from the NBA fans. And if he won a championship in Cleveland the vast majority of Cleveland fans would forgive him for bolting in 2010.
