Rockets definately steal the first game @ SA.

    Lose game 2 bad

Win a squeeker at home and then have the break out game
to win by 11 pts. in game 4

    Rockets up 3-1

Its at this point- game 5 that again Spurs blow us out by 14 pts.

However in the tightest game of the series we win it in 6
by great free throw shooting, while Duncan misses 1 of two
    that would have tied it.

Rockets win game 6 and the series by 1 point

Spurs 4-0 We have no power forward to handle Duncan. You guys think Malone went off for 30. Duncan will go off for 40. We have no chance against the Spurs untill we get a Power Forward..... Sad but true.

The spurs don't have Shaq however. The rockets have done a great job of neutralizing him with double teams. In a spurs series they would simply switch the double teams over to Duncan. Who is going to nail that 15 foot jump shot, Nesterovic?, willis? i think not

But Yao or Cato won't be guarding Parker. The Lakers having a power forward who can shoot from anywhere on the floor has exposed our weakness. I'm simply saying with the spurs you double up on Duncan the weakness isn't as great when you consider they don't have a big man who is going to drain the outside shot as much as Malone.

After playing with our backs against the wall for the first two series (lakers and spurs), Yao will break out against KG and the wolves and then sweep the Eastern Champ with the best record in the League in Indiana after Al Harrington miss 4 straight ft and Mobes hit a 3 to tie from near half court.

    BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!!!! AGAIN

Threads like this one make me question the sanity of Rockets fans.

Ya, I'm sure the Rockets will totally shutdown the Spurs. Tim Duncan never has to deal with passing out of double teams or anything. Hedo and Bowen aren't accustomed to shooting open jumpers created from double teams either.

The Rockets will be lucky to win 1 more game in this soon to be aborted season.

Rockets in 7. They throw the first 3 games in the most ballsy show of confidence ever. They put Cato on Parker and Mark Jackson on Duncan. The big three don't play a single minute. Then they run the table in 4, 5, 6, and 7 by an average margin of 27.
