I know everybody here that owns a house recieve letters from companies that offers to lower your property tax for 50% of amount reduced. I know you can go to the Apprasial office and do it yourself but it just seems to long of a wait and I dont have much time. So I was wondering is there really nothing to LOSE to go with one of these companies? I mean if they can't reduce the house value you pay nothing, and if they do you save something. Is there any hidden things with these?
