... from folks on this board. what advice have you taken? someone started a protein shake thread a couple of weeks ago and i was thinking about putting on a good 15 pounds to hopefully rejoin the bus stop stalkers. today i went to gnc and bought "weight gainer 2200 gold" from gnc. drank a little and played bball at the ymca downtown. tastes halfway decent (strawberry), but it's thick as phock. schit. the job i currently have? well... someone recommended it a little over a year ago and it's paying my bills and a little bit more. rm95 recommended common's album a while back and i bought it. pret-ty good. laptop questions a while back prompted me to get one, but i kinda went in a different direction with the one i got. dod's persistent "go see a doctor" response to threads regarding health issues made me take advantage of the benefits that i was paying for with my job. had strep (sp?) throat a couple of months ago and got medicine that made the schit go away in a few days. and you? did someone make you buy a book? a cd? give you advice that you took regarding a relationship? masterbate in front a camera for five hundred dollars?

this guy told me to go have "relations" with my mother...I didn't heed the advice. I only bring it to light because it's the only memorable advice I can recall.
