Here's the situation. I got one line, and I added mobile to mobile in the middle of August. Cycle ends in early September. I get my bill and it says I'm way over due to my mobile to mobile. They already charged me for the month and now I gotta pay over 100 in charges.
Do what everyone does and yell at them until they correct the problem. I do that all the time with sprint when they screw up.They even opened an investigation, and of course I won.
Yep, all you gotta do is raise hell. They are usually pretty good about fixing problems, but you have to fight a little first.
Yeah you got to just be persistent. Sprint screws up with my bill all the time and I have to go thru a lot of reps before it gets corrected.
Yeah, call t-mobile. They're reps aren't out sourced, so they will understand what you're talking about.
T-Mobile screwed up on my billing once, I just called them and talked to them in a nice voice - I didn't even have to yell at them. In fact, I need to call them sometime soon. Thanks for reminding me I need to do that.
