I was in Vons today, and I saw this really cute cashier working there, how should I let her know that I am really interesting in her and asking her out? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, serious response, not those cereal buying tips.

Go up to her and ask her for some price checks a couple times, then you can pursue her, because then she will at least notice you. Then ask her what she does for a living. What? Then start purchasing product that might 'lead her on'. Such as flowers, wine, candles, cheesecake, Trojans, some Tampax and some Vagisil because, you know, you never know. That should do it! Here are a few random pointers that might help you, these arent steps just suggestions 1. Make sure the place is not busy, if she has 5 customers behind you and your flirting and holding up her lines you are almost guaranteed a No or she will call security on your butt 2. If its near lunch or closing time ask her out for lunch or dinner etc, make sure you say that its on you, in order to go out with pretty much a complete stranger you just have to pay, its not fair but its the way it is. 3. Get her name, (probaly on her tag) say her name 3 or 4 times, that way she gets a clue on what you are fixing to do and it wont be a complete shock when you do ask her out. Plus you defintely have her attention. Nothing is worse than asking out a girl and she had no clue that it was going to happen, drop hints, repeating her name is one 4. Act confident, the shy guy stuff worked in JR high but now the girls want a confident fella, dont be nervous always talk, you dont want any seconds of silence. the more silence you have the % of pulling her are dippin 5. spend alot of time looking around for something and she may help you out, easy conversation there 6. smile consitently, that might be the most important thing. The more you smile the more attractive any human being appears. Thus your chances increase 7. if she says shes married blow her off....boyfriend. Keep going ask her something like "hows that going?" if shes happy shes going to say it, if shes not than you know woman, she will probaly say some stuff. If that happens keep going, but act like you wanna be her friend, her # is the most important thing now, extra stuff can devlop later if its meant to be 8. If a joke comes to mind, say it. Jokes are lady killers, but dont go in there thinking of a joke to say those are usually weak and makes you appear desparate and not funny 9. avoid pickup lines- this is a place of business not a club. shes looking for money not a boyfriend or a 1 night stand. That would probaly be a automatic No if you go this way in my experience 10. Make this not just a 1 day goal, but be a customer a few times that will improve your chances. That will worked for me, I went to olive garden about a 3 days in a week for the sole purpose of picking up this waitress. Luck had it that she was our waitress all 3 times, each time i got to know her better and vise versa, actaully she asked me out, but I was fixing too. To bad she was a nutcase 11. If you ask her out immediately dont give her an easy way to say no, For instance 1. Do you want to go out tonight? Thats an easy no, or yes depending on what shes thinking, if she dosent want you, you want to make it difficult for her instead of that ask What are you doing tonight? Practially the same thing as asking her out up front only she cant just say no she has to either make up something on top of her head which is difficult under pressuure,if she fails to do that you could get a date, and maybe make a better impression on her during that date. if she really has something to do but wants to go out with you, she will probaly say, how about another time? than you get her #. Than of course if she says nothing, than you have it in the bag thats pretty much a yes, just ask her for the movies or something Than if shes not interested, she has to say it point blank which is more difficult for a woman to say that to a interested guy than just a No good luck, main thing is dont be ever show your nervous
funny thing is while I was still back in college, like 3 or 4 yrs ago, I hit on this really pretty cashier who works in the cafeteria, like you did, I went there 3 times a week just to try to pick up on her, believe me, that place has the wrost food on campus!! and the most expesnive one too! I can't beleive how the hell I actually chew down those crap! anyways, she always friendly and smiling, and really easy to talk to, so one day, I asked her for a cup of coffee, she rejected me, and couple of days later, I asked her how's stuff go, and she told me she is married!
